The Heart Foundation has a series of post-quake seminars focusing on resilience and a wellness toolkit acknowledging that Cantabrians are running on empty from the uncertainty and slow pace of progress following the quakes.
Following the successful post quake seminars held in May 2011, the Heart Foundation is once again presenting a series of post-quake seminars focusing on staying power, resilience and a wellness toolkit, and heart health. All are welcome to attend and hear advice and information from four health experts.
