Zappy Smoked Fish

The no-cook sauce is very fast and tastes wonderful. It can be served many ways - ideal with pasta or rice, poured over a baked potato or kumara, or as a filling in tortillas or pita-bread pockets.

M e t h o d
  1. Decide on your base and prepare it - pasta, rice, potato, kumara, tortillas or pita bread.
  2. Combine all the ingredients
  3. Add enough orange juice to achieve the desired consistency
  4. Serve at room temperature.
