Variations:

-
Make vegetable kebabs
- by replacing the beef with Tofu and marinate as above
- or use a medley of colourful vegetables and cubes of fresh pineapple. -
Try replacing the wooden skewers with long spears of rosemary threading
the meat and vegetable alternatively onto the rosemary spears.
