The Heart Foundation is the charity that works to stop New Zealanders dying prematurely from heart disease.
Cardiovascular disease (heart disease and stroke) is tearing our families apart unnecessarily and prematurely. The disease accounts for 40% of all deaths annually.
We are reliant on the generosity of New Zealanders. The Heart Foundation needs your support to raise more than $300,000 in our Annual Appeal in order to continue our life-saving work funding vital heart research, continuing education of cardiologists, improving heart disease risk assessment and cardiac care, and promoting heart healthy lifestyles.
