Mentoring and Support

Pacific Heartbeat continue to support Certificate in Pacific Nutrition (CPN) graduates through the Mentoring and Support programme.  The Mentoring and Support programme offers the opportunity to Certificate in Pacific Nutrition (CPN) graduates from the Auckland region to gain confidence, share learnings and keep informed through the Refresher courses. The Pacific Heart-to-Heart newsletter, and articles of interest are also available on request.

The programme is also exploring an E-learning tool where students could check or refresh their knowledge in their own time.

Pacific Heart-to-Heart (PH2H) newsletter:

The PH2H newsletter is sent out quarterly to all CPN graduates. This provides tips and stories from the community and other CPN graduates for shared learnings.

Refresher Courses:

This two hour course revises topics covered in the CPN course. It's a great opportunity to network and get ideas from PHB staff and other CPN graduates, as well as receive the latest updates.  This course will help build on your knowledge to deliver healthy messages to your community.

Who can attend a refresher course?

The course is only open to CPN graduates in the Auckland region.

How much does it cost?

This course is free.

When is the next course?

Courses are held four times a year at varying times. Details relating to time, date and location will be posted on the website and will be included in the PH2H Newsletter.
