With the cooler weather it’s important that we continue to look after ourselves. Make for your family our heart-warming Beef and Vegetable Soup.  Stay warm and active over these coming months and continue living that heart healthy life, for you and your family.

Pacific Heartbeat’s thoughts & prayers are with all our friends and colleagues in Christchurch.
