Each seminar day provides food and nutrition updates on selected food topics such as sugar, fats and salt as well as a guest speaker. A highlight of the day is the interactive vegetable masterclass with Chef Asher Regan, featuring easy healthy recipes ideal for the classroom. There is also an opportunity for teachers to have input into the year 7 resources currently being developed as part of the Food Curriculum Project.
