The Heart Foundation offers a range of free, curriculum-aligned programmes, initiatives and resources to help early learning services achieve their goals around nutrition and physical activity.

All programmes are designed to fit into your current learning environment and you'll get recognition for supporting the health of young New Zealanders.  Choose from our range of programmes, tools and resources below to help you start your journey towards a healthier environment in your service. Free programmes, tools and resources

Fuelled4life is a tool to help you improve food and nutrition in your early learning service. You can start making a difference today! If you are a teacher, owner, manager or cook and would like to see some changes in the food and drinks available at your early learning service, here's how to get started:

Healthy Heart Award (Tohu Manawa Ora- Kōhungahunga)  is a Te Whāriki aligned programme to help you promote healthy eating and physical activity in your early learning service.

Our local team will support you to make sustainable changes to your environment and establish healthy habits for children today, and for their future.
