What is Journeys?

Hundreds of New Zealanders and their loved ones told us that, when faced with the challenges of heart disease, they want emotional support to supplement the medical care they receive. People want to hear and learn from others who have had the same condition, received the same treatments and who understand the highs and lows of heart disease. The Heart Foundation launched the Journeys programme in response to this need. Journeys hosts a collection of heart health stories told by real people in their own words.
