Banana and chocolate ‘ice cream’
Despite being called 'ice cream' this recipe has no cream whatsoever and is in fact vegan. Only two deliciously healthy ingredients are used. The result is the smoothest, yummiest 'ice cream' you could wish to make.
- In batches blend frozen bananas with the cocoa in a food processor until smooth
- Transfer to a sealed container and keep in the freezer until ready for serving
Note: this will harden if kept in the freezer too long. It is best made as close to serving time as possible.
