Bruschetta with fresh basil and cherry tomato salsa

Method

  1. Combine tomatoes, basil and oil in a bowl and season with freshly ground black pepper
  2. In a food processor blend the beans with a little water. Stir in the garlic and season with black pepper
  3. Grill the bread on both sides, spread with the bean puree and scatter with tomato mixture
  4. Serve

Tip

Try other toppings can be used, such as tuna or smoked salmon.
