Chicken noodles

This stir-fried noodle recipe is tasty, healthy and perfect for children

Method

  1. Boil noodles in pot of water
  2. Drain well when cooked
  3. Lightly beat eggs
  4. Heat a wok or large frying pan with  half of the oil
  5. Add eggs and cook until lightly scrambled
  6. Remove eggs and roughly chop
  7. Add rest of oil to wok or frying pan
  8. Add vegetables and stir fry with soy sauce until just cooked
  9. Add noodles, egg and chicken
  10. Continue to cook until all cooked and hot through

Tips

For a vegetarian meal simply remove the chicken
For a gluten free meal replace the egg noodles with rice noodles and check the soy sauce is gluten free

    chopped vegetables such as cabbage, carrot, bean sprout

    grilled chicken breast, diced
  • 30ml
