This is a delicious rice pudding with a great chocolatey and coconut flavour. Young and old will love it.

MEAL TYPE Dessert
- Place all ingredients, except coconut cream, in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and then lower to a gentle simmer, stir occasionally to avoid it sticking to the bottom
- Continue to cook slowly until the rice is cooked and covered in a creamy chocolate sauce (or desired consistency) about 30-40 minutes.
- Take off heat and add the coconut cream and stir through.
