Method
- Combine rice and water in a medium saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
- Combine the vanilla essence, CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar, and add to the rice
- Simmer, stirring for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and sauce is thick
- Serve as is or with fresh or poached fruit
