Creamy rice pudding

Great for a warming winter treat, or as a pre/post training snack!

Method

  1. Combine rice and water in a medium saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  2. Combine the vanilla essence, CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar, and add to the rice
  3. Simmer, stirring for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and sauce is thick
  4. Serve as is or with fresh or poached fruit
