Fish burgers

A delicious light burger patty that can fill a burger bun, pita pocket or just by itself.  Great served with salad and tartare sauce.

Method

  1. Finely chop or blend fish fillets in food processor until very finely chopped but not a smooth paste
  2. Add remaining ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly
  3. Shape into burger patties
  4. Heat a frying pan with oil and cook patties until brown on each side
