Grilled baja fish taco

This is a simple and delicious fish recipe that the kids will love. Make the slaw ahead of time and you can have a meal in minutes.

Method

Slaw

  1. Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated

To serve

  1. In a hot pan cook the corn kernels with a little olive oil until beginning to brown
  2. Remove from pan and place fish fillets in pan
  3. Cook fish until browned on both sides and just cooked through
  4. Heat the tortillas briefly to soften
  5. Fill tortillas with slaw, corn and fish

  • carrots, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup
    aioli

    smoked chipotle sauce
