Hummus, avocado, chicken and carrot wrap
Wraps are an easy, nutritious and delicious lunch. These have some great flavours and textures without being too challenging for younger children.

- Spread the hummus over the wrap
- Place grated carrot, sliced avocado and shredded chicken in a line across the wrap
- Roll wrap up and cut in half
