Potatoes masala

A delicious potatoes masala recipe for you to try

Method

  1. Prepare the masala by placing all ingredients except the potatoes,in a food processor and adding 2 Tbsp water if necessary
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the masala. Fry over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 15 minutes
  3. Preheat oven to 160°C. Roughly chop the potatoes and place in a baking dish, add masala and coat 
  4. Place in an oven and bake for about 20 minutes until soft in middle when pierced with a knife
  5. Remove from oven and serve sprinkled with coriander

To make this gluten free check all spices you use are gluten free
