Anise blancmange with berries
Despite the fancy name this dessert couldn't be anymore simple. If you don't have any star anise simply replace with cinnamon or vanilla.

Place the first measure of milk in a saucepan with vanilla, anise and honey, heat slowly

Mix the second measure of milk with the cornflour

When milk in saucepan is just about to simmer very slowly pour in cornflour mixture and stir constantly until thickened

Pour into serving dish and allow to cool

Refrigerate until ready to serve

Place fruit on top and serve
