Apple and feijoa crumble
Apples and feijoas make the most amazing filling for this crumble, however when it's not feijoa season you could also use; pears, rhubarb, apples or most other fruits that stew up well.

Method
Fruit filling
Place apples and feijoas in a pot with the lid on and cook over a low heat until soft
Crumble
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs
Baking
Heat oven to 175°C
Place fruit in the bottom of an oven proof dish
Sprinkle crumble mixture over the top
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until hot through and brown on top
