Baked chicken frittata with spinach

Follow the steps to make the recipe.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180°C
  2. Grease and line a baking tin with baking paper
  3. Squeeze as much liquid as possible from cooled spinach
  4. Lay the sliced potato, shredded chicken and spinach on top of each other in the tin
  5. Mix together the milk, eggs and cheese. Then pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients
  6. Sprinkle herbs over the top
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the egg has set
  8. Turn out of the tin
  9. Serve with salad and tomato relish
