Banana bread
Here's a low sugar banana bread recipe with some added goodness. You'll love it!

Method
- Heat oven to 175C
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy
- Mix together oil, banana, milk and sour cream
- Gently mix the two wet mixtures together
- Sift flours and baking soda and fold into wet ingredients gently
- Pour into lined and greased loaf tins
- Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
- Cool on a wire rack
