
Banana bread
Here's a low sugar banana bread recipe with some added goodness. You'll love it!

Method
- Heat oven to 180C
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper
- In a mixing bowl mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth
- Mix together the mashed banana, eggs, oil and milk
- Sift in flour and baking powder and mix well
- Pour mixture into the loaf tin and bake for approximately 1 hour or until a skewer is inserted into the centre comes out clean
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin
Alternatives
- You can also add 1/2 cup of walnuts if desired.
- If you don't have both types of flour use whatever type is in your cupboard.
