Banana bread

Here's a low sugar banana bread recipe with some added goodness. You'll love it!

Method

  1. Heat oven to 175C
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy
  3. Mix together oil, banana, milk and sour cream
  4. Gently mix the two wet mixtures together
  5. Sift flours and baking soda and fold into wet ingredients gently
  6. Pour into lined and greased loaf tins
  7. Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
  8. Cool on a wire rack

This recipe makes 1 loaf that can be cut into 16 slices
