Method

  1. Mix the beef with the ginger, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir-fry the onions until soft
  3. Add the beef and continue to cook until brown
  4. Add the carrots and broccoli cook until tender
  5. Mix the cornflour and water
  6. Slowly add to the pan stirring constantly until the sauce thickens
  7. Serve with brown rice and sliced chili

  • 2 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp
    vinegar cider or white
  • 1 tsp

  • carrots, finely sliced
  • head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 tbsp
    cornflour
  • 1/2 cups
    water
  • 4 cups
    cooked brown rice, (1 1/3 cup uncooked)
  • chili, sliced and deseeded (optional)
