Beef burger

No need for takeaway. Make a burger at home from scratch.

Method

  1. Place mince, egg, bread crumbs, carrots, onion, parsley and tomato sauce into a bowl and mix together until combined, using clean hands
  2. Divide meat mixture into four, form into balls and flatten to make patties
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat
  4. Pan fry the patties until they are brown on both sides and no longer pink in the middle
  5. Remove patties from the frying pan and place on a paper towel
  6. Place burger buns on a serving plate. Top with cheese, tomato, lettuce and cucumber.
