Bulgur wheat tabbouleh

Tabbouleh is a classic Middle Eastern dish made using Bulgur wheat. It's a vegetarian salad garnished with herbs and lemon juice. Healthy and fresh, tabbouleh is the perfect side dish or lunch.

Make a delicious tabbouleh.

Method

  1. Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl and pour over the boiling water. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes
  2. When the bulgur has absorbed the water add the remaining ingredients
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    chopped parsley
