Bulgur wheat tabbouleh

Make a delicious tabbouleh.

Method

  • Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl and pour over the boiling water. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes
  • When the bulgur has absorbed the water add the remaining ingredients
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
