Method

  1. In a large pan cook the onions in a little oil
  2. Add water, stock powder, carrots and brown rice
  3. Cook for 30 minutes until the rice is soft
  4. Add the corn and chicken cooking for 5 minutes, add extra water if required
  5. Sprinkle with parsley to serve
