Chicken and apple meatballs

These meatballs make a great addition to an antipasto plate, pasta dish or an entree.  The children will love them too.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 210C
  2. Squeeze out most of the juice from the grated apple
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together
  4. Form into bite sized balls
  5. Place in a roasting dish and cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through
