These meatballs make a great addition to an antipasto plate, pasta dish or an entree. The children will love them too.

Method
- Heat oven to 210C
- Squeeze out most of the juice from the grated apple
- Mix all of the ingredients together
- Form into bite sized balls
- Place in a roasting dish and cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through
