Method

  1. Heat oven to 200°C.

Chicken drumsticks

  1. Mix drumsticks with tomato sauce, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a baking dish and pour water into dish.
  3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.

Potato wedges

  1. Place potatoes on a baking tray and mix with oil.
  2. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Coleslaw

  1. Meanwhile mix together the cabbage, carrot, apple, vinegar and oil.
