
Corn and cheese roll-ups
These corn and cheese roll-ups are a great snack for kids.

Method
- Cut the crusts off 3 sides of the bread.
- In a bowl mix the corn, the other vegetables and three-quarters of the grated cheese. Spread the mixture over the bread slices. Roll up each slice (leaving the crust edge on the outside) and place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
- Top with the remaining grated cheese and bake in an oven at 160°C for 20–25 minutes. Leave for about 10 minutes before serving as the filling is very hot.
