Dairy-free corn chowder

This vegan corn chowder recipe is easy and delicious. It's dairy-free and ready in less than an hour too.

Follow the steps in the video to make the chowder

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan
  2. Add onion, carrot and corn to the saucepan and cook over a medium heat, stirring regularly until softened
  3. Add garlic and cook while stirring for a further minute
  4. Add stock cube, water and soy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, cook for approximately 20-30 minutes

Serve as is or blend until smooth depending on preference, then garnish with parsley.
