- Pre-heat oven to 200°C
- Lay pita breads out on a baking tray
- Spread chilli beans evenly over pita bread, then sprinkle with cheese
- Place tomato and capsicum on top of cheese
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
