Pisupo stir fry

A quick and easy meal that will fill you up but won’t empty your wallet.

Method

  1. Heat the open can of corned beef and drain the fat from it.
  2. Place tomatoes in a large pot and add garlic, onion and ginger. Cook on a medium heat for 5 mins. 
  3. Add mixed vegetables, stirring occasionally. 
  4. When vegetables are heated through, add drained corned beef and chopped cabbage. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until cabbage is cooked.

Tips

  • Serve with brown rice or taro. Can also be served with wholemeal wraps/bread, or roti.
  • You can add dried or fresh herbs (coriander, parsley). Choose seasonal fresh vegetables to save on cost.
