Pork mince lettuce cups

Method

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and add the onion and carrots and cook until soft
  2. Add ginger, garlic and mushrooms and continue to cook until mushrooms have become soft and no longer leaking liquid
  3. Add pork and stir fry until cooked through
  4. Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce (if using) and vinegar and heat through
  5. Place mixture in lettuce leaves
  6. Sprinkle with coriander and serve warm.
