Method
- Preheat and oven to 180°C
- Brown the onion in the oil and set aside
- Beat the eggs and milk in a large bowl
- Add the grated kumara
- Add the finely chopped silverbeet and cooked onions, mix well
- Place in an oven dish and bake for 3/4 - 1 hour until the mixture is set and golden brown
