A great tasting and quick way to prepare fish. The whole family will enjoy this dish, however the portion sizes stated here are intended for children.

Method
- Thaw the hoki and cut each fillet into 3 even pieces
- Mix together the breadcrumbs and parsley pesto
- Heat oven to 225°C
- Place fish pieces on a baking tray
- Cover fish with crumb mix
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until just cooked through
Notes for food services:
- For adults we suggest tripling the portion sizes stated above
- If you are using a commercial oven you may have to lower the oven temperature to 200°C as these ovens are generally more powerful than domestic ovens
