Beetroot hummus

This healthy beetroot hummus is a delicious and colourful addition to any meal. Use it as an alternative spread, or as a vibrant dip for vegetables.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth 
  2. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve 
  • 1 400g can 
    Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 450g can 
    Beetroot, drained
  • 1 clove
    Garlic, crushed
  • ¼  cup
    tahini
  • 3 tbsp
    Lemon juice
  • ¼  tsp
    Ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp
    Ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp
    Olive oil
