Cool bananas

Here's a tasty dessert recipe made using bananas and cocoa. Quick to make, delicious and it's vegan too.

Method

  1. In batches blend frozen bananas with the cocoa in a food processor until smooth
  2. Transfer to a sealed container and keep in the freezer until ready for serving

Note: this will harden if kept in the freezer too long.  It is best made as close to serving time as possible.
