Fennel and apple slaw

A fresh, crunchy and flavoursome coleslaw recipe that goes well with a wide range of meals.

Method

  • In a large bowl mix together the fennel, spring onions, apple and carrot
  • In a separate bowl mix together the lemon juice, yoghurt and mayonnaise to make the dressing
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently to combine
