Fish and pasta salad

This delightful recipe is so easy to make and tastes great too.

How to make our fish and pasta salad recipe

Method

  1. Boil pasta for ten minutes and then drain and set aside.
  2. Mix drained pasta with carrot, courgette, tomato, avocado, vinegar and half of the oil.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Heat remaining oil in a large pan.
  5. Lightly coat fish fillets in flour.
  6. Fry until golden brown in batches so the pan is not crowded.
  7. Serve with pasta salad.
