Fresh berries with Greek yoghurt and nuts

Method

  1. Layer the berries and yoghurt in your favourite glass, bowl or jar then place the nuts on top before eating. 

Tips

  • Instead of fresh berries, you could use frozen – thaw or cook them before eating.  Likewise, any fruit you choose is great in this dish. Any other yoghurt will work as well. 
  • Instead of nuts, you could try pumpkin kernels or sunflower seeds.
