Frozen yoghurt ice blocks

A great treat for children of all ages. You can add any fruit you like to make this recipe your own.

Frozen yoghurt and fruit egg shaped ice blocks

Method

  1. Mix the yoghurt and jam together
  2. In ice block or other shaped moulds layer the fruit and yoghurt until each mould is full
  3. Place stick into each ice block
  4. Freeze and serve when required
