Fruit and oat bar

Easy, tasty and great for morning or afternoon tea or in a lunchbox

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C
  2. Grease a 25 x 25cm slice tray
  3. Mix dry ingredients
  4. Mix wet ingredients
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together
  6. Spread evenly onto slice tray
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
  8. Allow to cool in the tray before cutting into 25 5x5cm pieces

  • ½ cup
    milk
  • egg, beaten
  • 1 cup
    grated apple
  • 1 cup
    grated pear
  • ½ cup
    mashed banana
