Guacamole

A classic Mexican dish that can be whipped up in minutes and tastes great too.

Method

  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a bowl
  2. Mash with a fork until you reach the consistency you like
  3. Mix through the remaining ingredients
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve

Tips 

  • This will brown over time and is best served soon after preparing
