Iced tea

Tea is great cold and makes a delicious non-alcoholic drink that is low in sugar too. Iced tea can be made even better with a few delicious additions.

Method:

Try one of these tasty combo's:

Jasmine, lemon and ginger:

  • jasmine tea
  • lemon
  • sliced fresh ginger
  • ice

Black tea and citrus:

  • black tea
  • sliced mandarin or orange
  • ice

Berry, lime and mint:

  • berry tea
  • sliced lime
  • fresh mint
  • ice

Make a weak brew and add your combination of fruit and herbs while its still hot then leave to cool then serve cold with ice.

Tips:

Turn the jasmine tea into a hot drink perfect for a cooler evening. Brew the tea longer and add the fresh lemon and ginger and enjoy hot.
