Lite mayo dressings

We've put together a few tasty salad dressings that start with two basic recipes. Feel free to add other flavours too.

Method

Lite mayo base

  1. Mix all ingredients together

Curry dressing

  1. Mix curry powder and orange juice into lite mayo base

Mint and lemon dressing

  1. Mix mint, lemon juice and garlic (if using) into lite mayo base

Chilli and tomato dressing

  1. Mix chilli sauce and tomato paste into lite mayo base

    garlic, crushed
