Loaded tofu with chilli crunch

Method

  1. Remove the silken tofu from package, drain, and place in a shallow bowl. 
  2. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli flakes, honey, ginger and rice vinegar in a separate bowl. Add the spring onions last. 
  3. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tofu.  
  4. Add the sliced cucumber and sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds. 
  5. Chill the tofu until serving.

    chilli flakes

    honey
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger, peeled
  • 2 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 3 stalks  
    spring onion
  • ½ 
    cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp
    toasted white sesame seeds, (optional)
