‘Otai - watermelon smoothie
Here is a great way to use all of those fantastic watermelons.

Cut the watermelon in half, using a spoon scrape the watermelon flesh into a large bowl. Discard the rind and use a spoon to remove the seeds

Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone. Finely chop or grate the mango and add to the watermelon

Add the pineapple, coconut milk and water, and mix well
Tips
Serve over ice cubes in a tall glass and garnish with mint leaves
