Potato salad

Here's an easy and delicious potato salad. It's an easy dinner recipe that's a great accompaniment to many meals, including a BBQ.

Whip up a batch of potato salad for your next BBQ.

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes in un-salted water until cooked through but not splitting
  2. Drain and cool
  3. Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes
  4. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
