Rainbow fruit jars

This is a great way to transport a delicious fruit salad. Use whatever fresh, frozen or canned fruit you have available.

Method

  1. Layer the blueberries in the bottom of a glass or jar. Top with kiwifruit, banana and rock melon.
  2. Finish with raspberries.
  3. Serve with yoghurt and garnish with mint.

Variations

  • Use fresh fruit, frozen, canned, or poached dried fruit.

Tip

  • Choose fruits that are in season and readily available to reduce the cost of the salad.
