Here's a great way to cook broccoli that really brings out a lot of flavour.

How to make our tasty broccoli salad.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 200°C
  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together
  3. Spread out evenly on a roasting dish
  4. Roast in oven for 15 minutes
  5. Remove and serve

    garlic, sliced
